Technology has a pillar of growth in our day-to-day life and everything around us. In the past two decades the entire world especially India has witnessed massive growth in the advancement of technology in every manufacturing sector, but that is not entirely true for the plywood industry in India which is still dominated by century-old manufacturing methods. There are a couple of reasons for this primary being the lack of awareness among its consumers. Calibration is a very basic feature that plywood must-have, and, surprisingly, plywood sold in India is non-calibrated. We need to communicate this hence Wigwam came into the picture.
Wigwam - we manufacture all our products with modern and international standards “AS IT SHOULD BE”. Wigwam plywood is the only plywood brand in India that offers only calibrated plywood. Wigwam products of all price ranges are calibrated. At Wigwam we use a semi-automated manufacturing process where core composers have used core composition for gap-free construction. The four-Time pressing method (Tetracycle Advantage) is used to ensure superior bonding and higher density in sheets. Both Sides Calibration of each sheet using high-end calibrator machines for uniform thickness and super smooth surface finish.
